VIP access with a TapVent wristband

ACCESS CONTROL

Event access control
with one wristband.

Decide who goes where, and let the wristband carry it. Entry, VIP areas, restricted zones and staff areas, checked with a tap at every point, with a live count of who is where.

WHAT YOU CONTROL

Every gate.
Every zone.

Paper lists, stamps and coloured bands only work if the person at the gate remembers which colour goes where. With TapVent permissions are set per person, and every gate checks them with a tap.

Entry

Check every guest in with a tap at the gate, and record arrivals and exits.

VIP areas

Give VIP, hospitality and sponsor guests access to their own areas.

Staff and crew areas

Back of house, staff areas and restricted zones for the people who work there.

Multi-point access

Different permissions for different people and areas, checked at each access point.

Phones as readers

Compatible NFC phones become access points, which keeps specialist hardware to a minimum.

Live headcount

See headcount and zone occupancy as people tap in and out.

LIVE CONTROL

Know who is where.
While it happens.

Every tap at a gate is a piece of live information. TapVent turns it into a live headcount and occupancy for each room or zone, so the operations team sees a crowded area while there is still time to act.

QUESTIONS

Asked by
organisers.

Can different guests have access to different areas?

Yes. Permissions are set per person, so a VIP band, a staff band and a general band can open different areas.

What reads the wristbands at the gate?

Compatible NFC phones or readers. Phones keep specialist hardware to a minimum; readers suit busy entrances.

Can the same band be used to pay?

Yes, with wallet bands: the band that opens the gate can also pay at the bars and stalls.

Can we see how many people are inside?

Yes. Arrivals, exits and zone occupancy show live while the event runs.

READY TO RETHINK THE EVENT?
